HDV playing out in 4:3
When I use a mixed prores timeline and HDV, my outputs to my blackmagic card are showing the HDV clips in 4:3, while it looks fine in my canvas window. Why would my output be different than my canvas window than in my renders and monitor?

Is the image squeezed vertically? HDV is an anamorphic format…you need a monitor with a 16:9 option to unsqueeze the image.

Yup, it’s on my monitor only as 4:3 when other video plays out correctly at 16:9. it fills the sides with black.
