Hello. I am working in a Apple Pro Res HQ sequence on FCP 6.0.4 with the Mac Pro Dual Core Intel Xeon. We have a Kona LHe card (6.0.1 drivers) and a G Tech G-Speed raid with a fiber cable.

I get dropped frames everytime I play footage from this sequence. It will usually drop a frame every minute or so. I get the attached error message each time. I’ve tried a couple of the suggestions but was wondering if it could be anything else. Any help is apprecited.

    Thanks

    Lee

    Hi Lee

Do you have any anti-virus software or anything else running? Are you running RT previews or is this unrendered footage? Does the sequence contain audio or video running off another drive? Is your scratch disk correctly set, or has the footage been incorrectly captured to the system drive?

Any more info you can supply would help.

    Ben
