  Browser SLOW to respond

  I have a project in FCP 6.0.4 and I am having a MAJOR issue. The browser doesn’t like me too much! ANYTIME I need to do something in the browser, I get the spinning beach ball of doom. Collapsing/expanding folders, creating/deleting sequences…ANYTHING! I do have a CRAP load of files in the browser window, but they are categorized and bin’ed. Also worth mentioning that saving a project takes an awful long time.

  I trashed the preferences.
