• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Hi,
  I’ve tried this in DV and in DVCPRO HD 1080i50.

  I’m making final credits (white letters on black). I’ve tried FCP scrolling text and Boris Title Crawl (roll mode). The problem is that letters jitter a lot. Do I need some filters or…?

  Search the forum for jittery text, blurry text, picelated text, text in FCP sucks, etc.

  The problem is almost always one of two user issues: incorrect display (progressive instead of insterlaced, or a roll speed that is a non-integer factor of 30fps.

  tnx. this is way too complicated for what should be really simple thing. i can’t believe ppl in apple still didn’t find a way to make fcp text work better…
