  LOADER, by Digital Heaven.

  Now, I am all about being organized. And this application is too. LOADER will not only organize all of your pictures and audio and put them on your media drive into nice folders of their own, in the project of your choice, then import the clips into FCP, but it will also CONVERT MP3s to AIFFs while it imports.
