  • CS3 Q?, Correct PShop adjustment layer gradient map in AE CS3?

Posted by Duncan on May 21, 2007 at 2:05 pm

    Hello.
Something that bugs me is that in PShop CS2 I have a Adjustment Layer Gradient Map that it not linked to any layers so that everything below it gets effected. Nothing special there. But the thing thats annoys me is when you bring that PSD into AE7 as a COMP the Gradient Map does not effect the layers anymore.

Anyone know if this is fixed in CS3??

Or a work around in CS2?

    Thanks.

    Duncan:
Gradient Map is one of the very, very few PS Adjustment layer effects that are not translated to an equivalent AE effect…. because the exact AE equivalent doesn’t exist 🙂
