  Keyboard shortcut hell

  HI
  I used to use a shortcut for placing a clip at the timeline marker. Actualy I think there was a couple for moving the front and back to the timeline marker as well. Its been a fair while since I used AE and have forgotten them. It is so bugging me. On the net there are scattered partial keyboard shortcuts.
  Does anyone have a comprehensive list? It would be really handy and I would be really gratefull.

  I can’t give you a complete list of keyboard shortcuts, although that would be useful, but I can give you some info on the specifics you’re looking for.

  Move clip in-point to current time – [
  Move clip out-point to current time – ]
  Trim clip in-point to current time – alt/opt [
  Trim clip out-point to current time – alt/opt ]

  You can snap a layer’s in/out-point (or a keyframe) to the current time if you hold shift as you drag the layer (or keyframe).

  Thanks for that. I had forgotten those as well. As for the help there are not a lot in there.
  I do remember highlight footage in the project window and then sending the clip onto the timeline from there to the time marker.
  It not that I am lazy just it annoys me that I have forgot. I think they were on one of the total training videos..
