  HDV in FCP

  Hi,
  Was wondering if anyone has an opinion on whether they’ve noticed a difference in image quality when it comes to down-converting from the following two options:

  1. Down-convert to SD upon capturing (doing this from a Z1)
  OR
  2. Capture in HDV and then render final output on a SD timeline

  Not sure myself, seems to look the same???
