Capturing HD with Sony Z1U.TROUBLE!!
Hello,
I am trying to capture with my camera,
and even though I can control my footage with final cut,
I cannot preview or capture.Help!!!

What happens when you try and capture? Try restarting Final Cut with your camera plugged into the computer and turned on. Also make sure playback mode on the camera is set to HDV

I restarted everything and nothing happened.
Then my roommate came,
we tried his computer and everything worked fine.
After-that I tried my computer and it worked..
??
why is this happening?
Is it my camera?
Something similar has happened a few times lately… -
everything was set to hd
I could control the camera without being able to preview when ilink was on
when I link was off I got a connection error and could not even playback.I eventually did capture with ilink off and the whole roommate trick ( ?)
