  Repurpose Final Cut Serial?

  Basically my situation is that we have a Final Cut situation where I need to take Final Cut off one machine and put it on another. I have the software on the second machine, but it needs the serial information of the first.

  Is there anyway to take down Final Cut on the first machine, so that I could use the serial number off that one to install it on the second?

  Here’s a program for removing Final Cut Studio. I haven’t used it, so I have no personal experience:

  This programme works a treat, but it does not remove the registration/ serial number.
  You can delete this manually by going to Mac HD/Library/Prefrences/com.apple.regfinalcutstudio.plist and just trash it.

  Tried taking out this plist file recommended but it didnt do anything about getting rid of the serial number, it just asked me to fill in a bunch of information over again… Im going to try the FCP remover and see how that works out.
