  Is there any other conversion software the you guys use other that Compressor or Quicktime Pro?

  Also MainConcept Reference just came out. from a renowed german codec developer. now also runs on mac.
  great evaluation-concept too: you get all the codecs with the demo. later you can buy just the ones you need for your purposes.
