• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Unable to communicate with camera through FCP

  I am trying to import video from a JVC gy-hd100 camera into final cut pro. I keep getting a pop up window that says that it is unable to utilize video deck. However, i am able to import video using iMovie when i try using that program.

  The video footage that i am trying to import is 720p and 24fps.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Are you using an HDV easy setup?
