  How to use DVCPRO HD frame rate converter

  Good afternoon.
  I have a bin with 720p clips shot in 59.94 and was wondering how (if at all) I can convert them to 23.98 slo-mo clips using the built-in DVCPRO HD frame rate converter. I tried opening these clips in the viewer and then accessing the frame rate converter from the “Tools” window, but it wouldn’t open.

  Drag the clips you want to convert into a new project, then try the tool.
