I’m trying to work out how to zoom through 3D space with a camera, through 2D photo scenery. I’m a newbie here so forgive me if this subject has been here before.

    Thanks in advance

Search the cow for tutorials. Its not a one click kind of approach….

3d is no place to start your After Effects career. It’s REALLY hard and it takes, no kidding, about 9 times as ong to preview and 27 times as long to render.

try theanvel.com for a nice collection of 3d lighting tutorials that will help you with your camear moves. You do NOT want to zoom a 3d camera, you want to move it.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”
