  Plugins for CS3

  Anyone else having trouble installing plugins for CS3? Tinderbox isn’t showing up.

  Are you using an Intel Mac? The plug-ins must be Universal Binary for Intel Macs, and most of them aren’t at this point. I believe Cycore’s HD plugs are Universal, but otherwise you have to go into the Info window in the finder and tell OS X to run AE CS3 in Rosetta emulation. This will allow you to see your older plug-ins, but will mean a definite hit to performance.

  yes, i’m on a macpro intel machine, and the sapphire plug-ins work, but that’s about it. i going to try and stay away from rosetta. thanks!
