Hi guys. I think I was not clear on my last post. I need your help.t clear. I have my dialog on tracks 1-6. I have my music and sound effects on tracks 7-25. I have to bring them down to separate M & E tracks for mastering for overseas dubbing. They need 4 tracks. 2 dailog and 2 music and sound effects. I did this last year when someone there helped me walk through it. Can you help again since I have such a short memory!

You will need the manual sections for “mixer” “output track and channel assignment” and “mixdown.”
Your output will be four tracks.

Make a copy of your project. Copy the project, not just the sequence. Duplicate the media if you need to or want to.
You must go through your sequence and assign each of your 25-30 tracks to one of the four output channels. It’s not difficult.

Seems your biggest challenge will be to maintain a satisfactory mix and stereo presence without overloading the two available channels.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”
