    Good Afternoon.

I have been editing a piece together to music and when I add a keyframe to either the left or right track of the song (tracks 3&4), it adds another keyframe in the same place on the other track. That is good, however when I add a keyframe to either track 1 or 2 which is the audio attached to the clip, this does not happen and I have to add another on the other track and match it up. How do I change this so as track 1&2 are the same as track 3&4?

    Cheers.

The audio on tracks 3 and 4 are ‘stereo paired’, so FCP treats them as a single item. If tracks 1 & 2 are supposed to be stereo as well, you can link them by selecting them both and hitting alt+L. You can tell this has worked on the timeline as stereo linked tracks have a pair of small arrows pointing at each other on the timeline.
