Export to DVD Studio Pro
I’m having trouble exporting an mpeg-2 file from fcp 4.5. The file is about 150 minutes and takes about 25 hours when compressor is working, which is not the case lately. Is there a way to export in another format? The mpeg-2 file is about 7gig, and I would like to maintain the same size/quality.

export it as a reference movie then compress that.

Export a quicktime and compress it in DVD Studio Pro? It’ll take ages though..

Sorry, I meant you can export a quicktime and then DVD Studio Pro will convert it for you. But it takes ages…

your right. takes ages and looks awful by comparison even with
the settings tweaked.
