MacBook Pro Screen Option
Posted by Greg Davis on May 26, 2008 at 4:26 pmI’m looking at buying the 17 inch MacBook Pro. I will be editing with Final Cut Pro on the laptop. Which screen is recommended for this application, the glossy LED or the matte LED? Thanks for any input.

Its a personal choice.
I personally like the glossy.

May 26, 2008 at 9:37 pmI’ve been working with the high rez matte for 2 month now and I love it. I have a glossy iMac at work and I find it is very annoying. If you plan to work outside or in cafes with your laptop, better go with the matte, you’ll save yourself some glare blocking time.
