  flash frames

  If I try to export a six minute movie from FCP through export quicktime conversion and choose MP-4, I get 1/24 frame flash frames randomly through the whole movie (random frames flash through the movie). I’ve tried exporting through different timelines and different, but all the movies do the same thing.
