    Hi Guy’s

    First of all let me say thanks for all your help in the past I must admit this is an excellent forum.

    Main question.

    What is the best size to export picture from FCP for up loading to the internet and also what the best codec.

    4:3

    16:9

    If you guy’s could help me out on this one it would be great.

    For 4×3, I typically use 640×480. For 16×9 is use 640×360.

    When you’re going to the web though you have to be conscious to what your audience needs. I mostly transfer videos for approval. The majority of the time the client downloads the video. For this, H.264 has been a great codec and everyone with iTunes can play the videos.
