  After effects disapeared after render engine install!!

  Thought I’d help the render time with AE 7 pro by installing the render engine on my 2.5ghz dual Mac. When I did, the AE application disapeared. It won’t let me reinstall….Any help would be appreciated as I have some deadlines to meet.

  Does this help? I think the same thing happend to me…Just have to re-install.

  Thanks…Got AE back. I think I’ll leave the render engine alone for awhile 🙂

  I’m sure you realize this by now, but the render engine is meant to be installed on computers without a full version of AE.
