  personally I think Jon Chappell over a Digital rebellion provides an excellent (and much more cost effect) solution :

  yes, I was one of the testers, and I have to tell you being able to have multiple
  user setups and prefs for FCP properly handled is quite wonderful.

  Kinda what apple has needed for multi-users for awhile.
