  FCP crashing on quicktime export

  I am trying to get the final output of my film for festivals. This is the first time i’ve worked with HDV which is what the film was shot with and edited on. When i try and push the file out either FCP crashes or something is wrong with the file. The first time i did it, it transposed some of th subtitles. then in crashed a number of times so i nested the sequence and outputted to HDV which worked. But then the audio was off by a few frames. It is 60 minutes and has some effects and layers but I’m looking to get a high quality tape made of this.
