  Can’t seem to find that motion blurring tutorial?

  I thought I had it in my favorites it was a tutorial about blurring out moving objects ie. faces and license plates with the motion tracker and blurring? I’ve searched on here can’t seem to find it…

  Anybody know where I can find this or a different one?
