Mac OS X blinks every 45 secs
My MAC OS X blinks about every 45 seconds. This blink causes the various programs folders, tool bar and desktop items to disappear for a quick split second. It doesn’t matter if I’m in Finders, Safari, FCP, all the programs on the desktop blinks. If I’m playing a program in FCP via timeline, the program stops running but never shuts down. Only when I hit the space bar does it continues. If I’m typing in Microsoft Word, the blink causes me to loose the curser. Thanks to the mouse, I click the line and simply continues. I believe the issue started when I performed an ‘update’ to one of the programs, which I can’t recall. Note: The quick blink only happens when I’m in my particular ‘users’ account, mine! My sister and I share the same Mac editing system, but when she’s logged into her own personal account, there’s no issue. What could be the problem and how do I correct it?
