  Compressor not functioning

  Trying to remove pulldown from HV20 footage using the method given on the apple website. Everything works fine until I click submit for the second time.

  Then I get an error message reading: “Unable to submit to queue. Please restart your computer or verify your Compressor installation is correct.”

  I rebooted. I reinstalled.

  Same thing.

  Any ideas?

  There is a detailed way of uninstalling all the components to compressor on apples website. I would find that article and delete everything before reinstalling compressor.

  Sorry I don’t have the link, it always takes me awhile to find it also.
