The AE CS3 Public Preview is here!
Dear Friends:
The After Effects CS3 Public Preview is now available for download in Adobe Labs:You will need a valid serial number to download the Public Preview.
Also bear in mind that there are known compatibility issues (read: it won’t work) with the Photoshop CS3 and Soundbooth preview versions.
I’ll be kind of a host for the Public Preview in the Labs. Please feel free to post any questions here or there.
I am sure you’ll think as I do: this is a terrific release of After Effects. It is deep and broad, full of wonderful little things!

I downloaded fine about 5minutes ago.
And i think win and mac serials all work. you have to input it to get a new serial number for the beta.

I’m at NAB, and the stupid ‘ high speed internet ‘ connection is way to slow. Its crawling! But it is in fact downloading, so as far as I can see it is working. I hope to get to take it for a test drive tomorrow, at the Adobe booth — hopefully on an octo-mac.
I’ll ftp some pictures I take tomorrow, and throw them up for you guys this week. There’s a sweet banner promoting FCP studio 2 in front of the building…

BTW, during NAB I’ll be quite busy and will be able to connect two or three times a day. But I promise I’ll reply everything. After that, it’ll be easier of course…

You mean to say that AE CS3 does not work with Photoshop CS3 that is about to be released 3-4 days from now or with Beta Preview that was released on Christmas ?
