Running FCP 6.0.2 on Mac Pro 3.0Ghz… Everything is running great except log and transfer. When I connect my camera (HVX200) via firewire, the Mac sees the P2 card and mounts it on the desktop as ‘no name’. When I go into FCP and go to log and transfer, it doesn’t see the card as a mounted drive. It sees all other drives including FW drives hooked up. I can manually search for the card and find it by selecting another path, but even then, FCP won’t import it. I have 2 other computers with FCP 6.0.2 on that see the cards and import them just fine… any suggestions?

    Thanks

DO you have FX Factory installed on this computer? The older version 1 and version 2 interfered with P2 import. The latest v2 update fixes that.

I been having a similar problem, but I don’t have FX Factory. I’m running FCP 6.0.2 off of a Macbook Pro 2.4ghz. I did an update to FCP, and since then I haven’t been able to import any of my P2 cards. Any suggestions?
