  FCP P2 Import

  I have used FCP to view and import P2 footage but ran into a problem when I tried to use a friends FCP Studio 2 student edition. There is no option to FILE>IMPORT>PANASONIC P2. Why is this option not on his FCP. I have Studio 1 and can use this. I have uploaded the HVX software onto his computer and can move files onto his hard drive. What am I missing? Thanks for any help.

  In studio 2, they changed that, its now called log and transfer.
  Under the file menu.
