  FCP won’t open on powerbook 17″

  For some reason nothing happens when I click on FCP in my dock or right from the application folder. I’ve trashed preferences but still no luck. I haven’t changed or added anything. Any advice?

  Can you open it from your applications folder?

  Hi Arnie. No, I can’t open it from the applications folder either. This is all of the sudden with nothing new added to my laptop

  Try repairing permissions with Disk Utility. It’s possible that you may need to re-install FCP.
