Some curious has happened to my FCE 4 setup for some reason. After I’ve marked my in and out points in my viewer window, I want to just drag the clip into the timeline from there. But for some reason it’s now just moving the actual clip around in the window and not putting it in the timeline. I have to go to my clips pain and drag it in instead and it’s getting real annoying. Any ideas?

You’ve pressed the W key and turned on Image+Wireframe in the Viewer. Don’t ever do that. Switch it back to Image in the View popup.

    All the best,
