Colorista 1.0.1 ?
Posted by Rainer Wirth on January 23, 2008 at 3:40 pmColorista 1.0 crashes in FCP 6.0. How do I get the Colorista upgrade to 1.0.1. I am on the redgiant page bur how do I get the upgrade? Has this to do with Magig Bullet editors,or is this another programme? Or is Colorista not ready for 6.0 ?
Thank you guys out there.

We use it with 6.0 all the time. Not sure on the 1.0.1 update of if there is one. Send their tech support an email.

January 23, 2008 at 4:14 pmAre you running 6.0, 6.0.1 or 6.0.2 Walter? Because I am running 6.0.2 and it crashes like a drunk race car driver.

6.0.2 on a Mac Pro and a G5 Quad.

January 23, 2008 at 5:49 pmCheck out this help page from redgiantsoftware. It gives you instructions on how to check which version you currently have installed and also directions and link on how to upgrade to 1.0.1:
https://www.rgsupportzone.com/colorista#q285
You need to click the question “I just re-installed Colorista and/or Colorista is crashing when opening on multiple Mac platforms [Colorista v1.0.1 update].”
It should be easier than having to find the plugin and showing info in the finder… but that seems to be the only way.
