[Nate Stephens] “But what Graphics card…… And where do you get the new ram (besides Apple)”

According to the apple Store: ATI HD 2600 is standard graphics card and there are 5 total options.

They just announced the machine today. Give the third party sites a few weeks to get their RAM in order.

We also have a thread started down below about the new machines as well.

They already have the RAM available on the http://www.macsales.com website. That is the domain for Other World Computing.

I’ve purchased RAM from there and never had a problem, but full disclosure – I was advised not to do so by a consultant who insists that we only install Samsung RAM as this is what Apple uses and that RAM prolems are a super pain in the *ss to diagnose.

So – do what you will with all that – but it is available.
