render line turns blue and footage speeds up
I am using fcp and have imported HD footage. When i place the chosen footage on the timeline and add an effect like a wipe it needs to be rendered, after it is rendered instead of the line being green it is blue and the footage has sped up. I created a new project and put all the HD footage into that keeping it separate from the SD but it is still doing it. What does the blue render line mean? And how can I fix it? Any help on this would be much appreciated.
