  Stills duration.Another bug?

  I’m making a PAL clip out of stills.
  I set the still duration in the users preferences, but whatever is the duration I set, FC import the stills with 15 frames less.
  If I set 4 seconds, FC import 3s10f.
  If I set 3s 12f, FC import 2s 22f.
  Any idea about what is going on?
  Always 15 frames less.
