  Screen capture – maybe

  This probably isn’t the right forum for this but I’m hoping someone can help me out. I going to do a project that’s going to include some video of software being used on screen – it’s a kind of spoof on tutorials. The only thing I can relate it to is the Total Training DVDs. Basically I need to capture the motion that’s happening onscreen. Is there a piece of software that does this or should I just set up a camera and shoot the screen – which I’d prefer not to do.
