  conversion help

  Hi Again,

  I have converted some .VOB files off a dvd in mpeg streamclip to mpeg with mp2 audio. The conversion worked and plays well in QT but when I import the file to FCP I only get the video and not the audio….
  Does FCP not read mp2 audio?
  Anyone know what conversion I should choose in Mpeg streamclip so that I can recieve both the video and audio in FCP?

  Sorry for what I am guessing is probably a dumb question, Im just not that familiar with conversion.

  The best results I’ve had with footage from a DVD is to digitize it component with our Kona LH. I’ve had other options work, but it always seems to take longer and can be temperamental sometimes.
