  Missing Template Files In FCP

  Hello,
  I have loaded 5 school computers with licensed copies of Final Cut Studio 2. When in FCP I try to add one of the new templates such as lower third satin or fire and it acts like it is loading. When I try to play it back I get black. I tried loading motion again and all machines act the same. Please help!
