• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Editing from a DVD Mini Cam.

  I was given DVDs from a handi-cam and I’m trying to edit the footage in FCP. When the disc is inserted it reads as a VideoTS file and I can only get that into an mpeg-4 or AVI. Neither of those work in FCP.

  MPEG-Streamclip. It’s a free app. Convert the files to Quicktime.
