is there any version of final cut available for a pc?

Nope. Apple’s in the business of selling hardware. Anything else they do exists only to further that goal.

There’s not an FCP app for PC, but you can use Avid on a PC then acquire automatic duck to swap projects/timelines between FCP and Avid.

even worse u could do something like booting up leopard onto an intel pc (google leopard and pc you’ll find out how) and run it that way
