    I was using a freeze framed clip of video as a picture with motion to it, and it started flickering or jittering really distractingly. What can I do about that.

    Add a de-interlace filter or flicker filter to the clip and that should take care of it.

    Thanks a lot. Should De-Interlace work? Or should I just try both that and Flicker Filter. It only does it when I watch it on TV so it’s a long process to just try out.

    Hi, I had the exact same problem. I worked around it by converting the freeze frame into a still picture.

    The easiest way to do what was to just screen capture the full Final Cut Pro screen, crop the frozen frame, save as a picture and bring that back into a bin. Then work with it like any picture. That got rid of the jumpy jitter for me.
