    Hello
I shot a video using HDV canon XH A1, 24p.
I already captured the footage into final cut 6.

Another camera was used as a back up. its a sony HDR-FX1, also HDV but 30p instead of 24p.
what would be the settings to capture the HDV 30p footage?,can i work in the same timeline with both footage with different frame rate?

    what is the best way?

    thanks
    Leon

The thing is that, my settings to capture the footage from the canon in final cut was “HDV 1080 24p”. there is no an hdv 1080 30p option to choose.

there is one HDV 1080 i60, should i choose that one?

does the fact that i change the capture setting to capture the 30p footage change something is the footage i have already captured at 24p?

    thanks again!
