  Any way to use some of the Photoshop plugins like:

  Colored Pencil
  Cutout
  Dry Brush
  Watercolor
  paint Daubs

  With motion Video –

  Is anyone converting these plugins for FCP

  Colored Pencil and Watercolor…yes. FXFactory by http://www.noiseindustries.com. They have a demo.

  Buy Photoshop Extreme. I belive you can open a QT movie or an image sequence directly as a single file.
