  Audio sample rate error

  Please help! For anyone using Final Cut Pro, that has converted QT movie to wmv file using Flip for Mac, and has encountered this error:
  !INCONSISTENT AUDIO SAMPLE RATES “the media you are exporting contains audio with multiple sample rates”! What do I need to do to correct, and successfully convert? Thanks so much for the help!
