  Hey Everybody,

  Reading these forums has been very helpful in researching our new Final Cut Pro system. I have another question that I’d love to hear your opinions on. We’re based in Los Angeles/Hollywood, and we’ve been entertaining quotes from a variety of resellers in the area. Tech support is a must for our workflow, and we’d prefer both phone and on-site solutions. Of the quotes we’ve received, ProMax and DR Group seem to offer the support we need with DV411 with a close second (phone only, though ‘lifetime’ vs yearly contracts).

  What are your experiences with them? Your opinions and recommendations?
