    Here is the setup. I have two workstations at two different locations. They both have 2 xServer Raids. The xServer Raids are names the same thing. I want to do a weekly syncs between them, so we can just ftp the project files back and forth.

    I have a few 1TB G-Raids that I can use to help with the syncing. I

    I really don’t know about automated programs… my 1st instinct is when you add elements, add them to a dated Folder, then you can simply copy those dated folders to the FW drive and copy them to the other RAID. So today for the 3 music files and 10 graphics files I imported, I’d bring them into a “9.11.07_additions” folder. It may not be as streamlined as having all the music in one folder, but it doesn’t really matter to FCP where the files are, so do all your organizing in FCP.

    If both X-Serves are on the same network, you can probably use Apple Remote Desktop to move files between them. You might also be able to use Carbon Copy Cloner for this. I don’t know if it will work, and I can’t give you any details, but it may be worth looking into.
