  Problems importing a Quicktime file

  I’ve a project with one Quicktime clip of 243.8 MB (about 30 minutes) to which I have to add edits. Every time I try to import this file into my project’s bin I get the message “File Error: 1 file(s) recognized, 0 access denied, 1 unknown”. I’ve not seen this error before and have looked at all the settings on my file (frame rate, etceteras) and all should match up. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this problem? For any and all suggestions I do appreciate it very much.
