  “Codec not found”

  Hey Gang,

  I’ve been sucessfully printing to tape to my DSR-20 from Final Cut Pro and today when I tried a box came up saying…

  “Codec not found. You may be using a compression
  type without the corresponding hardware card”.

  I’m on a G5 dual 2.7
  Problems have been few.
  My horror film is all dressed up with nowhere to go! Help!

  i remember this problem.

  A client of us had this problem in a uncompressed 10 bit sequence.

  Do you use graphics? stills?

  Are they copy pasted from another sequence?

  If yes..

  Relink the stills again to original location.
