  Boris Fx service issue

  I’m posting this here in the hope that Boris is encouraged to deal with my problem. I’ve paid for CC5FxPlug for FCS 2 but in spite of downloading the trial version I am unable to progress and Boris is not helping. The purchasing process for a downloadable product from their web site is a bit of a minefield.

  Boris, Please try to understand my problem…

  I purchased Continuum Complete 5 FxPlug for Final Cut Studio 2 (downloadable) on 8/15/2007 on the online store.
  The order number is: artel-software-xxxxx. My credit card has been debited.

  I have downloaded the trial. There was NO follow up e mail.

  I have NOT been sent an unlocking code for the trial. Therefore I can’t install it to progress to full registration.

  I have NOT been sent an activation code for the registration of the programme.

  I can’t use a programme for which I HAVE PAID and your e mail response has not solved these problems.

  When I log in to my account on your web site I have no serial numbers listed.

  Once again, please help me out here. I need to install the Continuum Complete 5 FxPlug for Final Cut Studio 2.

  what plugins do you need?

  have you looked to see if FxFactory has equivalent plugins? It will run for 14 days for free with no watermark and if you decide to buy it the serial is sent completely automated to you instantly.

  Boris finally got back to me, after this posting and several e mails.
  I’ve been given the Licence Key Code and hope to progress to full installation.
